BEINN-MHOR STEWART
Beinn Stewart has always loved participating in the music-making process. He comes from an incredibly musical family and started playing piano at the age of four. He studied piano, initially, from his mom, Laurinda Stewart, then from pianist Jarrod Radnich, and most recently from Professor Steven Dahlgren from California Baptist University (CBU). While primarily a pianist, he has played several wind, brass, and string instruments in various ensembles, including but not limited to: the CBU’s University Choir and Orchestra, CBU’s Symphony Orchestra, the Joshua Tree Philharmonic, CBU Jazz Ensemble, CBU’s Wind Ensemble, and many small groups and chamber ensembles. He is also a seasoned vocalist, who has been approached to sing on several movie soundtracks, and his voice can be heard on Pixar’s Lightyear as a tenor in the choir. He currently works in score transcription services and teaches music classes at a private charter school.
CONCERTMASTER
NICOLE ANNA MÁRQUEZ
A classically trained violinist, Nicole Anna has performed with many orchestras and studied under the direction of Ms. Sherry Kloss—a student of Jascha Heifetz. She also studied with Franklyn D’Antonio and Guido Lamel of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Nicole Anna has worked as a studio violinist in the urban genres for Drake, Snoop Dogg, Aaron Sky, Aaron Hill, Tommy Daugherty of Death Row Records and Dave Aron of Hollywood Way studios (Dr. Dre, Madonna, Paul McCartney, Tyga, Drake, Prince, and many others). She has been the exclusive violinist for Devante Swing of Jodeci and has recorded on two unreleased Michael Jackson tracks.
AUDIO ENGINEER
PATRICK "HUTCH" HUTCHINSON
PATRICK “HUTCH” HUTCHINSON has worked from 1978 to the present as a live audio engineer and has lived in Joshua Tree since 1999. Hutch has mixed performances in a range of venues including Whiskey a Go Go, Madison Square Garden, Royal Albert Hall, and some of the biggest outdoor festivals in the world. He has toured with Queens Of The Stone Age, Jack White, Taj Mahal, Wanda Jackson, and many more familiar names. Hutch and his sound company provide full performance production for the incredibly diverse, locally curated events unique to the Hi-Desert.
